On your arrival at Srinagar Airport, our local representative or authorized driver will receive you and facilitate faster check-in at the city hotel. After check-in, the local sightseeing will start.

You will visit the famous Mughal Gardens in Srinagar. Among the gardens, Chashmashahi, or ‘The Royal Spring’ is quite famous. It was built in 1632 under the reign of Emperor Shah Jahan. Having been designed around a fresh water spring that flows in the middle of the garden, it got the name linking that spring’s uniqueness.

Nishat Bagh, also known as the Garden of Pleasure, is a 10-tier garden nestled on the eastern side of the Dal Lake, with the majestic Zabarwan hills in the background. The garden came up under Mughal Emperor Jahangir in 1634 with an immaculate design by Asaf Khan.

Shalimar Bagh is a gem among the gardens and is the finest Mughal-style hill garden established by Emperor Jahangir in 1619 as a token of love for his beloved wife, Nur Jahan. The Shalimar Bagh was conceived as the summer residence of the Mughals, with a number of canals and fountains occupying a significant portion of the garden, with the gurgling sound of water adding a special ambiance to the garden.

Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar

After breakfast, it is time for the Sonamarg excursion. You will go to Sonamarg, driving through the amazing Sindh Valley. Located at a height of 2730 meters, Sonamarg, or the meadow of gold, fascinates all. One of the memorable experiences in Sonamarg is visiting the Thajiwas glacier with a pony ride to the higher ranges.

Sonamarg is also the base of a trekking route that passes along mountain lakes such as Vishansar, Kishansar, Gadsar, Satsar, and Gangabal. It is also the departure point for Ladakh across the Zojila pass in the Himalayan ranges through which the Srinagar-Leh highway also passes.

You will return to Srinagar in the evening and spend the night in the city hotel.

Srinagar - Gulmarg

Distance/Time : 54 Kms 02 - 03 Hrs. drive (Approx)

After breakfast, you will proceed to Gulmarg, which is 54 km from Srinagar. Gulmarg town is a famous hill station known for skiing adventures in the winter. The ski season lasts from January to March. The internationally famous slope station is located in the Pirpanjal range at a height of 2730 meters above sea level. The diversity makes it a great hub of tourist activities with amazing facilities, including the 9-hole golf course, pony trails, angling or trout fishing, horseback riding, trekking, and so many places to survey.
