Our local manager or authorized driver will receive you at Srinagar Airport and take you to check in at the hotel. Local sightseeing will start after that.

After check-in, you visit Chashmashahi, known as 'The Royal Spring'. It is among the top three Mughal gardens in Kashmir. The garden has been developed around a fresh water spring that flows in the middle of it. It was set up in 1632 under Emperor Shah Jahan.

Nishat Bagh, the 10-tiered garden, adorns the eastern side of the Dal Lake, with Zabarwan hills giving a majestic backdrop. This garden, built during the Mughal Emperor Jahangir in 1634, was designed by Asaf Khan.

The finest Mughal-style hill garden, Shalimar Bagh, was built by the Mughal emperor Jahangir in 1619 for his beloved wife Nur Jahan. Shalimar Bagh, a summer retreat planned by the Mughals, has perennial water canals and fountains covering a large portion of the garden, creating a pleasant environment.

Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar

Best Time to Visit Kashmir

The period from March to October is the best season to visit Kashmir because it comprises the months of spring, summer, and early autumn that are perfect in terms of weather conditions as well as awe-inspiring natural views.
SPRING: March to May sees Kashmiri Valley in full bloom with tulips, especially at the famous Mughal Gardens, and all this while the weather remains very pleasant.
SUMMER: The best time to visit is the summer months of June through August; it is the perfect season with green valleys and clear skies, adding a respite from the extreme temperatures prevailing in the rest of India.
